You need JavaScript enabled to view it Eric Parzianello's practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. A significant portion of his litigation experience has been in business break-ups, corporate and partnership dissolutions, shareholder disputes and related valuation issues. Mr. Parzianello has argued appellate cases in the Michigan Supreme Court, the Michigan Court of Appeals as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. He represents such diverse clients as real estate developers, doctors and national retailers, as well as entrepreneurs involved in a broad assortment of businesses. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Detroit. While there, he served as managing editor of the Michigan Business Law Journal, a publication of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law Section. His article, "The Regulation of Debt Collection Practices", was published in the Third Quarter, 1988, issue of the Journal. Fluent in the Italian language, he resides in Dearborn with his family and enjoys coaching little league baseball and playing golf. Areas Of Practice

Deloitte & Touche (ISC), L.L.C., Supreme Court of Michigan, 481 Mich. 618 (2008) (in an accountant malpractice case, successfully argued against the Court of Appeals’ analysis that venue was determined by where plaintiff’s reliance took place) [Client name withheld by request] v. Jamal Garmo, Dayton Lodge, L.L.C., Muskegon Hospitality, L.L.C., and Muskegon Lodge, L.L.C., 2008 Mich. App. LEXIS 373, (successfully argued in Court of Appeals that an approximately $525,000.00 arbitration award entered in favor of Mr. Parzianello’s client should be affirmed where the arbitrator found that defendant misappropriated, stole, and/or embezzled money, failed to act in good faith while managing the subject companies, and took actions and/or inactions which constituted willfully unfair and oppressive conduct towards the client of Mr. Parzianello, who later also prevailed in the Michigan Supreme Court) Honors/Awards
