Mark M. Snitchler practices in the area of corporate law focusing on small to medium sized closely held businesses, including transaction and litigation matters.

Mark also assists clients with business succession planning, as well matters involving estate and probate planning and litigation.

Mark M. Snitchler is a 1988 cum laude graduate of the Michigan State University School of Law (formerly known as the Detroit College of Law) and a 1984 graduate of Wayne State University, where he graduated with distinction.

Areas Of Practice

  • Corporate formation, real estate, all corporate contracts, commercial litigation, estate planning, estate and probate litigation.

Representative Matters

  • Has Served as outside general counsel to many small to medium sized closely held corporations, including a real estate investment trust, foreign parts suppliers and one of the largest regional internet service providers.

Professional Activities

  • Served a Special Assistant Attorney General from 1988-2000
  • Served as special facilitator and discovery master in the Oakland County Circuit Court.
  • Former Court Clerk to the Hon. Michael Batchik and Hon. Hilda R. Gage.
