Mr. Appleford has focused his practice on commercial litigation, business law, real estate, estate planning and probate law.

Mr. Appleford compted his undergraduate degree in 1957 from Williams University earning a bachelor of arts degree.  In 1960, Mr. Appleford graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with an L.L.B.

Shortly after law school, Mr. Appleford joined the Detroit law firm of Hill, Lewis, Andrews, Adams, Goodrich & Power.  He remained there u ntil 1967 when he left to join the Birmingham firm of Dahlberg, Mallender & Gawne as a partner.  In 1993, he joined the Bloomfield Hills firm of Denison Maxwell P.L.C.  In 2000, he joined Beals Hubbard, P.L.C. and is of counsel to the firm.

Mr. Appleford is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  In 1961 he was admitted to practice law in the  State of Michigan.

Born in Detroit, Michigan on March 8, 1935, Bob resides in Frankfort, Michigan with his wife Molly.  He enjoys running, photograpy, tennis, politics, skiiing, gardening, travelling and spending time with his grandchilidren.
