Beals Hubbard represents both sellers and purchasers with respect to developed and raw land and negotiates purchase agreements for properties to be held for development and syndication. The firm also represents developers in establishing condominium and co-operative associations and represents clients in connection with commercial lease issues regarding both retail and office leasing.

Finance

Beals Hubbard's Real Estate & Finance Group represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with sophisticated financial transactions. The firm represents clients in acquisition financing, asset-based financing, construction lending, equipment leasing, loan syndications, mezzanine financing, project financing, and secured and unsecured commercial financing throughout the nation. The involvement in these transactions includes negotiation and preparation of the necessary loan documents, as well as monitoring the closing process.
