The firm represents clients in acquisition financing, asset-based financing, construction lending, equipment leasing, loan syndications, mezzanine financing, project financing, and secured and unsecured commercial financing throughout the nation. The involvement in these transactions includes negotiation and preparation of the necessary loan documents, as well as monitoring the closing process.
